Nantong New Century Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. mainly specialize in manufacturing impregnating dryer lines and related supplementary equipment. Our impregnating dryer plants are used in production of melamine (MUF, UF, and PF) impregnated paper, MDF (HDF) surface paper, laminate-floor impregnating paper, particle board (fireproof board) surface paper and insulative layer boards (PCBs). We have occupied a market share of above 70% and become one of the main suppliers of impregnation production lines in China.

With XSJ1500 horizontal two-step impregnating dryers and the introduction, digestion and absorbing of foreign advanced technologies, we developed a new generation impregnating dryer line. We launched the line in 1990, and immediately caused a tremendous response. Our local factories purchased our products continually. With the market expanding quickly, we independently developed XSJ1800B (5ft), XSJ2100B (6ft), XSJ2340B (7ft) and XSJ2700B (8ft) impregnation paper dryer lines to meet domestic and foreign clients' increasing demands. XSJ series dryers have competitive advantages in terms of low energy consumption, high speed, glue saving and high automation.
